Conventional EDM features low wear rate, mirror finish, anti-arc system and super hard material eroding circuit functions. ZNC EDM has 10 steps eroding programming from rough to fine finish and digital read out functions, plug-in PC board base and PC base types are available. CNC EDM is also on PC base, features centering, edge-detecting, 3D display motion path or eroding path, cubic helical eroding and point to point automatic displacement functions. |

PIM machinery established in 1996 up to know we have developed total 7 ranges from 25 ton to 300 ton machine. We use hydraulic clamping system instead of the toggle unit since it is more advantage and less problem compare with the toggle machine. |

| Creator R&D department adopt the newly technology to built the hydraulic machine. It avoid the problems of tie bar broken and platen parallel since the cylinder is pushed at the center of the platen so this can ensure the parallel between two platens and as a result the mould lift will be increase. | |
